MJH advising GI International on the tender offer for 100% of Work Service

MJH advises GI International in connection with the delisting tender offer for 100% of Work Service shares that was launched on 15 March 2021.

GI International has decided to announce the tender offer in particular in order to withdraw the Work Service shares from trading on the regulated market maintained by the WSE and intends to take all actions necessary to achieve this aim after the tender offer is completed. mBank S.A. – mBank Brokerage House acts as the intermediary broker in the tender offer.

The scope of work of MJH includes comprehensive support for GI International in this process. The work of the team is led by Dr. Krzysztof Haładyj, Paweł Cyganik, Justyna Wigier, Kamil Gago and Filip Sobociński.
