MJH advised LPP in obtaining financing exceeding PLN 330 mln

MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy - Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised the majority shareholder of LPP S.A. and its subsidiaries on obtaining financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska. The funds obtained in the amount exceeding PLN 330,000,000 were used to refinance and consolidate the existing debt. On MJH’s side the transaction was led by Paweł Ostrowski (senior counsel).
