Yuniversal Development is a long-standing leader in the Polish real estate market, with over 33 years of experience, including 20 years under its own brand. They provide a wide range of residential and commercial offerings in cities such as Białystok, Warsaw, Łódź, Rydzewo, Ełk, Suwałki, and Supraśl, making them a key player in the Podlaskie province.
Our scope of work included comprehensive legal support throughout the bond issuance process, with a focus on establishing and administering collaterals for the issued bonds. We are honored to continue serving as the collateral administrator for this issuance.
