MJH law firm advised on the issue of bonds of DL Invest Group PM S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 12 million. The scope of MJH's work included support for DL Invest Group in the process of issuing bonds, including comprehensive advice on establishing collateral for the bonds issued.
DL Invest Group is a development and investment company operating for more than 11 years. It operates in the commercial real estate sector mainly in southern Poland, especially in the Silesian voivodeship. The company's strategy is to build a portfolio of properties and to profit from their rental in the long term. As at 30 June 2022, the company had built a portfolio of completed commercial properties with a total area of over 300,000 m².
