MJH advises on the sale of Labo Clinic to Asker Healthcare Group

We are pleased to announce that we advised the owner of Labo Clinic Sp. z o.o. on the sale of shares in the company to Asker Healthcare Group, an international healthcare group.

Labo Clinic is a specialised distributor of medical equipment, consumables and services for hospitals and healthcare facilities in Poland. Joining the Asker Healthcare Group marks an important step in the company’s continued growth and further strengthens its position in the Polish healthcare market.

The MJH team advising on the transaction comprised Mateusz Iżowski and Julia Jaskot, who, together with Jan Jarmul, provided comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of the transaction.
