MJH law firm advised M.W. Trade S.A. (MWT), a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on the conclusion of agreements concerning the sale of shares under a tender offer announced by MWT and one of the company's shareholders - Beyondream Investments Limited. The execution of the transaction documents took place on December 23, 2021 and the settlement of the transaction took place on March 25, 2022. As a result of the transaction MWT acquired own shares accounting for 69.56% of all the shares in the company, including all the shares previously held by its majority shareholder - Getin Holding S.A.
MWT specializes in financial services for entities operating on the medical market. Since 2007 it has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The scope of MJH advisory included comprehensive support for MWT in the transaction, including preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
