DataConsult is a technology company founded in 2005 that provides warehouse management systems (WMS) to manufacturers, distributors, and logistics operators. Elvaston is a German private equity fund specializing in enterprise software—this transaction marks its first investment in Poland.

MJH’s advisory services included comprehensive transaction support, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and support in closing the transaction.
