As of 1 March 2021, MJH has strengthened its Corporate Finance practice with the arrival of a new senior counsel, Iwo Klijewicz.
Iwo is an advocate with over 14 years of professional experience acquired in the largest reputable international law firms and financial institutions. His practice involves debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on debt restructuring (formal court proceedings as well as out-of-court restructuring) and insolvency law. He participated in some of the largest and most complex debt restructurings which took place in Poland, representing debtors and creditors as well as other participants and stakeholders, such as shareholders and investors. He has been regularly recommended in Chambers Europe and IFLR 1000 rankings as an expert in the field of Banking & Finance and Restructuring.
