Labor law:

  • the preparation of HR documentation, including contracts, regulations and policies;
  • advice on individual and collective labor law matters, including, in particular, the employment and dismissal of employees, including managerial staff;
  • advice on the implementation and enforcement of anti-mobbing policies;
  • advice on working time and work organization;
  • consultancy in the field of process outsourcing;
  • HR and payroll audits;
  • advice on employment restructuring, including as part of a collective layoff procedure and ad hoc anti-crisis solutions; and
  • advice on the transition of a workplace and a new employer and the post-trade integration of employment and remuneration conditions.

Social Security:

  • advice on the tax and social security consequences of benefits offered to employees and co-workers; and
  • support and representation of clients in the relations with the Social Insurance Institution in the course of inspections and at post-inspection stages, including disputes with the Social Insurance Institution.

Disputes:

  • representation of clients in disputes in the field of labor law, in particular, in cases related to appeals against the termination of an employment contract, for determining the nature of an employment relationship, remuneration (including overtime), compensation due to non-competition and in cases arising from work accidents (including criminal proceedings); and
  • advice on strategies and representing clients in disputes over social security, in particular concerning the change of the contributory status of a benefit or remuneration paid under a given title.

Salaries and benefits:

  • legal and business support for clients in the area of structuring remuneration and incentive programs for employees, including managerial staff and entities from the financial sector; and
  • support in the construction of benefit packages based on financing from a company’s social benefit fund.

Employee capital plans:

  • support in the process of choosing a financial institution – aan employee capital plan managing entity, from the inquiry stage, to the analysis of offers, to negotiations with the employee side;
  • support in negotiating the conditions and finalizing the management contract and contracts for managing aan employee capital plan;
  • preparation of information campaigns for employees in the field of employee capital plans; and
  • ongoing advice and the preparation of instructions for internal departments responsible for the implementation and day-to-day administration of employee capital plans.

Mobility and immigration:

  • provision of support to clients in connection with assessing the effects and formalities related to the cross-border posting of employees to and from Poland; and
  • support with the legalization of the work and stay of foreigners in Poland.
