bio:

Anna specializes in matters concerning individual and collective labor law, social security and immigration. She advises clients on employment-related aspects of M&A transactions and restructuring processes. She supports clients with shaping relationships with trade unions and other employee representative bodies. She represents clients before courts in labor and social security law disputes, as well as before administrative bodies.

She also supports HR departments with ongoing labor law matters, including the structure of remuneration and incentive programs for key employees, the employment and dismissal of key employees, as well as employment restructuring processes, including as part of group layoff procedures. Anna advises clients from, among others, the FMCG, BPO / SSC, pharmaceutical, financial and new technologies sectors.
