Artur Szczepaniak is an advocate with more than a dozen years of professional experience. He has been practicing as an advocate for seven years now. He specializes in providing ongoing services to business entities and representing clients before courts. He initially advised building developers, but currently advises companies operating in the FMCG industry. Additionally, he supports M&A teams in respect of bankruptcy and real estate law matters.

Artur Szczepaniak is a co-author of a publication on succession law: M. Zelek (ed.), A. Szczepaniak, A. Wagemann - Smolańska, A. Zagierska - "Inheritance and testament. Practical Handbook, 1st and 2nd editions, DIFIN Publishing House, Warsaw 2015, and the author of the article “Dissolution of the co-ownership of real estate and establishing separate ownership to property” (Rejent, No 9, 2009, pp. 152-164).
