Jan Jarmul

bio:

Jan Jarmul is a legal advisor and a Partner at MJH. He is a transactional lawyer with almost 20 years of experience. In addition to being a graduate of the University of Warsaw, he also studied at Humboldt University in Berlin. His professional expertise flourished, in particular, while working at a leading Polish law firm (Sołtysiński, Kawecki & Szlęzak) for 12 years.  It was further developed at Deloitte Legal, where he served as a managing partner for 4 years.

During his professional career, Jan Jarmul has participated in several dozen M&A projects, advising financial investors (including PE funds) and strategic investors, as well as individual clients and corporations divesting their entities. Jan Jarmul's experience also includes various corporate restructurings, including domestic and cross-border mergers of companies, divisions and transformations, forced buyouts, etc. Jan Jarmul regularly advises clients (from the energy, construction, logistics and FMCG industries and more) on matters related to what is broadly understood as business law, whereas he in particular specializes in the conclusion and negotiation of contracts and the resolution of corporate disputes.

Jan Jarmul is fluent in English and German.
