bio:

Katarzyna holds a PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate diploma in economics and competition law from King’s College London. She specializes in competition law, state aid, EU law and public procurement.

She advises entrepreneurs in the FMCG, household appliances, transport, energy, oil, telecommunications and banking sectors. Katarzyna has represented clients in numerous antitrust proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the European Commission and common courts of Poland.
