Mateusz Iżowski is an attorney-at-law with several years of professional experience. He specializes in civil and commercial law, including M&A, company restructuring as well as capital market law. Mateusz advises on mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations (transformations, divisions), as well as on commercial and financial matters.

He has worked both as an in-house lawyer in companies (BASF, ABC Data) and as an attorney-at-law at law firms. His experience also includes performing functions on supervisory boards of companies and industry organizations.

Mateusz is a co-author of publications in the field of international law.
