Paweł Moskwa is an advocate with almost 20 years of professional experience. His areas of expertise are civil and commercial law, in particular the acquisition and restructuring of enterprises, as well as litigation (disputes before common and arbitration courts).

Paweł Moskwa advises on mergers and acquisitions, divisions and transformations of companies, as well as on matters related to the commercialization and privatization of enterprises. He has advised both industry clients (Empik, Agora, Eurocash, Dr Gerard, Auchan, JMP, ENEA, PGNiG) and private equity funds (Penta, C2C, Bridgepoint, Mezzanine, MCI).

He is recommended as a specialist in the field of corporate law, M&A and PE by the international legal rankings The Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe.

Paweł Moskwa is a co-author of the Private Law System (with respect to commercial companies) and has provided commentary on the Polish Civil Code (Beck).
