Wojciech Grabowski is an attorney with over five years of professional experience. He specializes in commercial and capital markets law with a particular focus on M&A transactions.

He advises on all stages of M&A transactions. He also has extensive experience in providing corporate and regulatory advice to financial institutions (including banks and investment fund managers), publicly listed companies (including WIG-20 companies) and their shareholders.

• Private investors – advice on the acquisition and disposal of a major block of shares in a financial holding entity listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;
• A private investor – advice on the acquisition of a major block of shares in a public company from the IT sector;
