Zuzanna is an attorney-at-law and a certified compliance officer. She has extensive experience in complex reorganizations of business structures within Polish and international capital groups. She also  advises on all stages of M&A transactions and participates in due diligence processes. Zuzanna also provides counsel in respect of family succession.
